Since TemptedBy does not directly sell products online, but instead accepts inquiries for customized chocolate hampers, the following policy applies:

1. Cancellation of Inquiries

You may cancel or withdraw your inquiry at any time before confirming your order over phone or email.
We do not process payments or accept online bookings, so no cancellation fee applies.

2. Modifications to Orders

If you have submitted custom hamper details and wish to modify them, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes if production or packaging has not begun.

3. No Monetary Transactions

As our website is strictly informative and inquiry-based, we do not collect payments, so refund policies do not apply. Any order confirmation, if placed, is handled offline via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
